Description
The Tennessee Theatre marquee is reflected in the windows on the building attached. The marquee and its reflection glow in the early evening light. The Tennessee Theatre originally opened in 1928 on Gay Street in Knoxville, TN. Built by George M. Fuller, the theatre was a testament to the grandeur of its time. After a full renovation, inside and outside, the theatre reopened in 2005 as a venue for concerts and movies. The marquee has been restored to its original state. The new bulbs are LED, but the marquee still shines bright on downtown Knoxville.
