The Statue of Liberty is the central piece in this map - photo composite. There are 2 maps collaged with a photo of Lady Liberty. One is an antique map of New York state from 1862. The other is a map of New York City from 1846, finished with a sepia tone for a vintage look.
About Sharon Popek
I live in Knoxville, TN with my husband, 5 cats, and 2 dogs. While my day job as a product and lifestyle photographer is a great, fun job, it does not provide much opportunity for creativity. So, I try to get as creative as possible with my own personal work. My art varies from studio, travel, composite photography, and everything in between.
