Officially the Liffey Bridge, historically the Wellington Bridge, often referred to as the Ha'penny bridge. It opened in 1816 as a pedestrian toll bridge. The rain was just starting up when I took this photo. You can see the Dublin skyline just past the bridge, including the Heineken office building which towers over the older architecture.
