There is a divide
two pieces of a whole
they do not fit
they do not go together
they have a gap
these pieces
Divided they war
apart they have no peace
the divide that I foster
will not bring them together
I wrote this about my depression. The part of me that trusts myself and the part of me that hates myself. My depressions seems to keep them at constant war.

I live in Knoxville, TN with my husband, 5 cats, and 2 dogs. While my day job as a product and lifestyle photographer is a great, fun job, it does not provide much opportunity for creativity. So, I try to get as creative as possible with my own personal work. My art varies from studio, travel, composite photography, and everything in between.
